DVP-SV2 Series

Specification:

DVP-SE Series

The built-in Ethernet supports MODBUS TCP and Ethernet/IP, featuring an IP Filter function for firewall-like protection against malware and network threats. The system supports DVP-S series modules on both left and right sides and operates maintenance-free with no battery requirement, ensuring a real-time clock functionality for up to 15 days after power off.

AS Series

Specifications:
Key specifications encompass a new 32-bit SoC (System on Chip) CPU, supporting a maximum I/O of 1,024. It offers a program capacity of 128k steps for AS300 series and 64k steps for AS200 series, with data registers totaling 60k words. The system allows for up to 32 extension modules (maximum 16 analog modules and 4 communication modules). It boasts an execution speed of up to 40k steps per millisecond, with basic instructions (LD) executing at 25 ns and application instructions (MOV) at 0.15 μs. The product line features an extensive array of DIO modules, AIO modules, temperature modules, load cell modules, and function cards for diverse applications.

DVP-ES2 Series

Specifications:
The DVP-EX2 series offers MPU point variations from 16 to 60. The program capacity is 16k steps, accompanied by three COM ports, including 1 RS-232 port and 2 RS-485 ports, all independently operable as Master/Slave. Maximum I/O points consist of 256 input points + 16 output points or 256 output points + 16 input points. The DVP-EX2 MPU includes 12-bit 4AD/2DA and supports analog/temperature modules with 14-bit resolution. Additionally, it features 8 built-in high-speed input points (2 for 100kHz, 6 for 10kHz) and supports U/D, U/D Dir, and A/B counting modes.The series introduces new motion control instructions for close-loop control, alignment marks, shielding, immediate variable speed, and S-Curve acceleration/deceleration. Tailored for emerging industries, exclusive instructions and function blocks are designed for PV solar trackers. Handy frequency inverter instructions facilitate the control of forward and reverse running, as well as RUN and STOP for Delta’s AC motor drives. Moreover, the system offers password protection for subroutines, user IDs, and trial time restrictions.

DVP-10MC

Specifications:

Synchronization time includes 4 axes in 2 ms or 8 axes in 4 ms. The system features a program and data capacity of 20 MB each. It offers versatile connectivity with 1 CAN open port as host or slave station, 1 CAN open (Motion) communication port for motion control, 16 high-speed inputs, and 8 high-speed outputs. Additionally, the system provides 2 incremental encoder interfaces, 1 SSI absolute encoder interface, 2 Ethernet ports, an SD card slot, and 1 RS-232 port along with 1 RS-485 port. For expansion, the system accommodates up to 8 DVP-S Series modules on the left side (master/slave/load cell modules) and is compatible with DVP-S Series modules on the right side, supporting 240 I/O and 8 special modules. This comprehensive set of specifications underscores the system’s capability for intricate industrial applications.
